A comfortable, spacious holiday home with 180 m² of living space over two floors.
French windows open onto the garden and terraces, with views across the outdoor spaces. The living room is spacious (around 50 m²), with several corners where you can enjoy some quiet time. By the entrance are a bookcase and a wardrobe; a wooden staircase made by a master craftsman from Vedène leads upstairs.
In the centre, a fireplace and a sitting area with a flat-screen TV and stereo.
The dining area is beside the kitchen.
The kitchen (around 14 m²) is fully equipped and overlooks the shaded courtyard. Numerous cupboards and drawers provide storage for crockery and small appliances. The chestnut cabinets were made by a cabinetmaker from Vedène.
The dishwasher, fridge, extractor hood, pyrolytic fan oven and hob are built in. A worktop provides space for the microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster.
The kitchen connects to a utility room of 8 m², with a fridge and freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, boiler and sink. There is a toilet at the end of the corridor.

- Four bedrooms: their names reflect their orientation, and all have new, high-quality bedding.
Each has a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers, wooden flooring and walls painted in Roussillon ochre tones.
We will make the beds before you arrive. A cot and an extra bed can be provided if needed.

A very spacious bedroom for three guests:
- Two 90 × 200 cm single beds that can be joined to form a 180 cm double bed.
- One additional 90 × 200 cm single bed.
- Views of the village and Sainte-Anne hill.
- Opens onto a balcony with views of the hill and the château in Vedène.
- A 140 cm double bed for two guests.
- Reached through the Solarium bedroom, this fourth bedroom overlooks the courtyard shaded by tall oak trees. It has bunk beds with two 90 × 200 cm mattresses; a cot can be provided if needed.
There is also a large fitted unit with shelves, drawers and a worktop.
Outdoors
Two courtyards lie on either side of the house. The first is approached through the parking area and garage, with an electric door and space for two to three cars. The second provides a place to relax and dine beneath the tall oak trees beside the Sorgue.
The tree-filled garden is full of colour and greenery, birdsong and the sound of cicadas. It offers both shady and sunny spots, changing with the time of day and the seasons. Automatic watering takes place at night to avoid disturbing guests.
At the heart of the garden, the 4 × 9 m swimming pool is perfect for cooling off throughout the day.
The pool is open from 1 May to 25 September.
Several outdoor dining areas are available under the arbour with its barbecue, in the courtyard beside the kitchen, or on the covered terrace.
The garden furniture is perfect for an afternoon nap or a lovely Provençal evening, listening to crickets while looking out over the pool.
The pool house has a toilet, a walk-in shower and a washbasin. It provides a second shower room and saves you going back and forth to the house.

A 30% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is payable on arrival.
The rate includes:
• Bed linen, blankets or duvets, pillowcases and bolster covers, towels, household linen and pool towels, changed once a week.
• Normal consumption of gas, electricity and water.
• Check-in: from 5 pm.
• Check-out: before 10 am, to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests.
• Pool and garden maintenance, carried out by us and included in our services.
• A €500 cash security deposit is required on arrival and returned on departure after the property has been checked.
End-of-stay cleaning and daily pool maintenance are charged at €150.
Around us
Just three minutes from the Avignon Nord exit on the A7 motorway, the house is in a very quiet part of Vedène, a Provençal village, beside the Vaucluse canal, more commonly known as the Sorgue. Dug by monks in the Middle Ages, this canal diverts water from the river that rises at Fontaine-de-Vaucluse . Shops, restaurants, banks, a medical centre, post office and electric vehicle charging points are less than 200 metres away. Avignon is less than ten minutes away by car.
Tennis and the Grand Avignon golf course offer plenty of activities locally, along with walks in the surrounding hills, especially Sainte-Anne, visible from the Solarium balcony and the Côté Sud bedroom window. The house’s central location makes it easy to explore Vaucluse and Provence on scenic day trips without travelling too far.
